Axel was born in the village of konoha and loved to play with fire, he loved hearing it crackle. He also loved to use his weapons, called chakrams, they are like shurikens but bigger with more angles. He had gotten to train with fire alot and was used to making fire come around him with ease, he is a master with fire and he is now in high school.
