Effect:Chamrs the person to like him.
Downside:Only for a sohrt period of time.

Name:Musle jutsu
Element:Fighting
Type:Ninjutsu
Effect:Makes him get stornger at fighting.
Downside:Only a short period of time.

And downside to secret jutsu... Needs a downside to you not the opponent.
