Each student gets 10 starting jutsu's... so make them count Razz If you want a new one... you must first make an rp that showes you learning the jutsu/or making the jutsu along with that said ninja training to use that jutsu.

Each Teacher gets 15 jutsu's to start off with

Name:
Element: (Fire, sound, water, lightning, ect.....)
Type: (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu)
Effect: (what it does)
Downside: (bbad effects on the user)

E being the weakest S being the strongest.

no student can have a s rank justu they should be able to have up to c or b rank jutsu's
