Plz Ask or better yet make a profile for the character you want...But plz dont flood this topic with spams and other stuff.

Also if you dont Rp with the character for a looonnnnnnnggggg time it will get taken away from you and yeah...thats it.

NOTE: ALL Chuunin + (that means Chuunin, jounin and up) characters must be approved by 2 mods or one mod and a admin or one admin.

EDIT: The Characters that have the -Special Character beside their name are the strongest out of those characters that means they must be approved by 2 admins, and one admin and one approval mod. ALSO For these characters you MUST make a profile for them and a small Rp sample just so we know you can Rp with these High ranked Shinobi. Also the people that already have these characters before this rule started then you cans till keep them.

If you want you can have either one of those. You just choose one and it's yours. As long as you stay on it's yours at least.
