Personality: She is very charming and has a bubbly type of attitude, she is quick to make friends if necessary, etc.

Skills/Specialties: All round character

Summary of History: Rosario is a vampire who attended a human middle school, after she graduated she attended a high school for monsters. She switched over to Naruto High School when she moved to Konoha. She has a steel cross around her neck to seal her true vampire powers. When the cross is taken off she transforms and becomes very powerful.
