summary of history:
Tonou was born in the sand village. His parents where always gone on missions so he spent alot of his time gaining jutsu than being with his family. When the academy started he had gotten close to mastering some jutsu that he had been working on the whole year before. He was equal with the rest of his class for almost all of the tests. When he finished the academy he meet his squad which had two people that disliked him. He learned why and than gained there respect. After years of living in the sand village he had to move to Konoha with his parents. He didn't want to, but he had to.
