Name:Whip of Water
Element: water
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creats a wip made of water, if the user also specializes in lightening, currents can be used to pass through them. This can also be used to as a regular whip (you know, beat the crap out of genin, ect ect...)
Downside: Chakra deplesion

Name:Great Exploding Current
Element: water
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.
Downside: Chakra deplesion and getting sucked in as well.

Name:Grand Waterfall Technique
Element: water
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Downside: Chakra Consumption

Name:Sword of Draining
Element: water,
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Taikigakure Ryuu: Mizukuri no Yaiba (Hidden Waterfall Style: Sword of Draining) is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade.
Downside: Chakra usage.

Name:Sky and Water Convergence
Element: water
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Suitenhoufutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. the user can then use this water to drown there target.
Downside: Since ground water is used rocky area, the user will have difficulty utilizing this technique
