Name:Raikyuu - Lightning Ball
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user brings his hands up into the air, then back down again, when the user brings his hands together, then opens them, a ball of lightning will appear. The user can hurl the ball of lightning into the opponent to shock and paralize them.
Downside: the user may get shocked by this ball of lightning.

Name: Chidori
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user uses their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. in other words..Its a ball of lighting.. -_-
Downside: Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.


Name: Lightning Thunder Bash
Element: Lightning
Type: Nin/Tai
Effect: The user brings his arm into the air and summons forth the power of nature, millions of stormclouds appear and lighting bolts into the gound. The user's arm will be struck by lightning ONCE by ONE lighting bolt. After being struck, the user's arm is swirling with lightning. The user would hit the opponent with the lightning arm, and when the users fist comes in contact with the opponent, a loud "BOOM" of thunder would be heared for miles.
Downside: The user may not live through the process of the lighting touching the user, the user may faint after this jutsu. may also get badly damaged from the lightning strike.

Name: Black Lightning Chakra
Element: Lightning/a type of Chakra
Type: Chakra
Effect: The users chakra storage would be contaminated by black lightning like chakra, the user would be surrounded by thing black lighning chakra-this chakra is the source of the RaiKan Dragon.
Downside: User may be out of control during this chakra usage.

Name: Black lightning Ball
Element: lightning
Type: ninjutsu
Effect: the user would create a lightning ball that is black, the user must have his Black Lightning Chakra activated in order for this to work. The user can hurl the ball of lightning at the opponent and cause major injuries.
Downside: User may electrecute himself from the lightning bolt.

Name: Deadly Lightning slash
Element: Lightning
Type: Kenjutsu/Ninjustu
Effect: The user sticks his sword into the air, and a lightning bolt will stike the sword. The uses can slash the opponent with this lightning sword, causing major damage such as paralization and cuts in/on the opponent.
Downside: The user may get electricuted.

Name: RaiKan transformation
Element: Bloodline/Lightning
Type: Transformation
Effect: Slowly transforms the user into the RaiKan dragon form, every member of the RaiKan bloodline has its own dragon transformation. The user would get struck by one rare Black Lightning jolt from the clouds in which he summoned.
Downside:The user may die from the lightning strike.

Name: Summon - Black Clouds
Element: Lightning
Type:Summoning
Effect:The user would summon black clouds to fill the sky. This jutsu's purpose is for the RaiKan Transformation, without the black clouds, the user cannot transform. These clouds carry black lightning in them.
Downside: May fail to summon, if summoned, takes up alot of chakra.

Name:Summon - Storm Dragon - Raiyuu
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu - Summon
Effect: The user makes the essential handsigns needed, then bites the thumb and slams the hand on the ground. The user summons the dragon only when needed too, like a last resort. The dragon shoots lightning from its mouth and fingertips. Anyone that is not a RaiKan will get electicuted if the dragon's skin touches them.
Downside: the dragon can die easly and takes up a massive amount of chakra.
