Mizuki's Jutsus..

Kekke Genkai Techniques (Doesn't Count)
Name: Hiregan (He-Ri-Gan)
Element: -
Type: Doujutsu - Kekke Genkai
Effect: Mizuki forms the tiger handsign, releasing chakra upwards his body. In this way, his eye turns a peer red, forming his doujutsu, Hiregan. Hiregan allows the user to view one's chakra path, Similar to the Byakugan. But, this doujutsu also allows the user to easily recognize all, or most, of the hand seals of the shinobi. This allows the Mizuki to master hand seals so much, he only needs to use one hand to form jutsus. Once the user becomes a master of Hiregan, they can form jutsus without the handseals.
Downside: The Hiregan offers only one downside, and that is a chakra comsumption.
Name: Reign
Element: Chakra
Type: Kekke Genkai
Effect: Reign is a chakra effect given only to the noble family of the Yukikage. Reign allows the user to have expanded, silver chakra. Reign also allows Mizuki to have two times chakra then one at his age.
Downside: None; It is only a kekke genkai.

Name: Raiton Charge
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Forming quick seals with one hand and using Reign, Mizuki collapses his hands together, and he focusses lightning chakra from his wrists to his fingers. When collapsing his hands together, a lightning spark comes around his hands, bearing electricity. Mizuki could then run torward his opponent head-on, and hit his enemy's weakpoint seen from his Hiregan, burning it and stunning it with lightning.
Downside: Chakra Loss; If used more than three times in one day he would'nt be able to use this jutsu for another day.
Name: Raiton Aura
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: After letting his lightning chakra sear out from his skin to form a gold aura of lightning. This lightning aura does not burn Mizuki, because it is made of his own chakra. This aura would stun completely and softly burn anyone within six inches from him. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly.
Downside: Chakra Loss
Name: Raiton Throw
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Mizuki forms a charge of lightning chakra in the palm of both of his hands. Once he realizes he focuses enough chakra into both palms, he launches the charges at his opponents. In the air, the lightning splits up.
Downside: Chakra Loss
Name: Raiton Wave
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Mizuki raises his arms up, launching lightning chakra out of him. A wave of lightning (5 Meters in Width and Height) then goes torward the direction Mizuki focuses.

Name: Dog Summoning
Element: -
Type: Summoning
Effect: Mizuki focuses chakra into his fingers, then putting his fingers onto the floor. Depending on how much chakra Mizuki puts in, how many the dogs. These dogs were also the dogs used by his father. The dogs follow to all Mizuki's commands, have have an excelled sight, hearing, and smell.
Downside: Chakra Loss

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu - Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique
Element: -
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak themselves in the background

Name:Shousen Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique
Element: -
Type: Ninjutsu Medical
Effect: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.
