Chiseki Hakujou | Harbinger of Blood

Name: Chiseki Hakujou
-Nickname: Harbinger of the Mist of Blood
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Clan: Chiseki
Looks: Hakujou stands at five foot eight, and weighs in at one-hundred forty-eight pounds, giving him a toned body but with pale skin from years of living in cloudy Kirigakure. He has short black hair that he likes to keep out of his face, black eyes, and noticeably has multiple cuts and scabs, and sometimes scars along his body. He often wears any black shirt made of soft material with an abstract red or orange pattern on it under his black and red jacket. The jacket has white fur on the edges of his sleeves and hood with straps around his sleeves and waist to adjust it to his body size. Other than that, he's often in blue jeans and black sneakers.

Personality: Hakujou can be both the meaning of his name and not; "Heartless." When he isn't irritated, he will just leave the situation to sort out, and if he's ever on the offense, he will make sure to dispense damage equally unless there's a person that specifically comes for him. Signs of anxiety such as an increased heart rate are often false, as it is a sign that he's prepping himself for fighting. Socially, he doesn't talk much and is often fiddling around with something he has in his hands or pocket, usually his Ipod. He stares of into space and often gets around or sits down when he's waiting for other classes to start. He doesn't concern himself with affairs of male students, but often finds interest and intervenes when girls are fighting. If he's caught fighting for words, he dismisses the invalid point of argument from the other side by making no sense as well. He is extremely satirical, has a wide range of vocabulary, respect for most things, and dubs the names of those he mentions in assignments such as:

History : For any recordable information about Hakujou's past, he was born in the Water Country and quickly orphaned afterward. At the age of ten, he entered the Kirigakure Ninja Academy and graduated with nothing-special grades. Hakujou doesn't think of his past as actions, but as learning experiences. He learned he had strange abilities when he cut himself and couldn't control his emotions. He learned he had a strange chakra element when metal was near and he was still not in emotional control. He learned to fight when he was in the Kiri Academy, and to mold his chakra. He learned to make jutsu out of his abilities before he graduated. He learned philosophy from a teacher and to think of just about anything your mind wants to, to take in everything, and to not shun anything seriously. Socially, anything is acceptable in the proper context. He recently enrolled as a Chuunin, and hasn't made much of a name for himself.

No, this isn't exceptible. You have to be honest about your character. Don't make things up and don't be a smart ass.

WIP means Work In Progress, I intend to put my full effort into this character, those notes were for filler.
Also, about some Villain Role, I PMed Ranka about it, but no reply as of yet. I will know what to do with Hakujou once I have confirmation if I can be a villain or not.

I know what WIP meant....I'm not an idiot. I see that your character is a lot more exceptible now. Ranka will not PM you back. She never does. She doesn't care if your a villan or not. As long as your character isn't an assasin and kills everyone. But I don't think I can except the element. It's not a real element and it can't be considered, able to control for your own....so I would think of something else please. Something a little more reasonable...otherwise, this character is approved.

I wasn't trying to imply that you were and idiot, and you don't have to be an idiot to not know what WIP means. Anyway, I PMed roku_nariko just in case about the element and the villain role. If he doesn't reply to his PM's, then I wouldn't know who to PM next. As for Magnetism in general, I was thinking about it being a Combo Element achieved through the Chiseki Kekke Genkai if it would be allowed. (lightning + earth or something)
Also, no, being an assassin and killing everyone would just be psychopathic, not necessarily villain-like.

Roku doesn't get on anymore, so it's useless to PM him. Don't worry about asking. I've been on the site long enough to know all of the things required. Lightning plus earth combo elements could be useful. I don't mind if you do that. That would be quite okay.
