Name: Raiton: Denkou Gunken Shushou Oshiyaru no Jutsu - Lightning Art: Lightning Dog Palm Thrust Technique.

Description: Denkou Gunken Shushou Oshiyaru is a ninjutsu technique which utilizes the lightning element. The user must slam his/her hands together and perform several lightning hand signals. Suddenly, in front of the user's chest, a large dog palm, with five toes will materialize out. The palm is as big as a average humans upper body, and is made up of completely lightning. The user will thrust his hands in the direction he wants the palm to go, as it will launch at the target(s) with extremely speed. The whole process of this will take about 3 seconds, making it a good attack to use if the opponent is near you. The palm can move straight, right, left, down, under [etc]. If the attack hits, it will cause major lightning damages and possibly knock you off your feet.

This excessive amount of electricity creates morbid results killing or fataly wounding anyone within the circle. Obviously the victims closer to the outer of the circle are more likely to be severely injured or fatally wounded than the victims closer to the user. This technique's range can be expanded with Se Doshaburi no Jutsu but would require the help of another user to perform the combo. This move is usually a last resort for a Chunnin ranked ninja

The sphere has an amazingly fast pace, an easy ten meters per second, while it is being launch, and if it hits an opponent it can cause major fire damages.

The minimum multiplication would be 5 clones, and the maximum will be around 30. After the weapons are multiplied they will launch at the target, all attempting to slash them.

Name: Warui Inu: Bad Dog

Physical Description: Warui Inu, or juts Inu is one mean ass dog. He is very aggressive, belligerent, mean and disobedient. However for all these negative qualities he is damn powerful. Standing nearly five feet tall and weighing 175 pounds of muscle is can be very intimidating but it is for good reason. Stranded as a pup he grew up on his own in the mean streets of a large city inside the Lightning Country Inu fought his whole life against stronger and meaner dogs who were also tossed aside. His appearance is of that warrior who has survived. He has black fur that is very rich, and branded on his body are flames that have formed in his actual fur. So to compliment his black fur is red patches in the shapes on flames around his neck, paws, tail, back and a few places in between. He is grizzled and mean but he is a survivor. He would have it no other way.
Type of Summon: Blood Contract
Species: Dog
Story: Rallen found Warui Inu when he got a call of a great fire near the Gates of Kumo. He immediately rushed there with a group of officers to see a angry looking dog causing more fire, making the flames for powerful. Rallen stirred closer to the dog. As he moved he noticed the dogs near perk up and he turned around and barked angrily. This scared Rallen alittle. The dog then ran and jumped at Rallen his mouth open attempting to bite Rallen. Rallen then turned into his wolf form and attacked the dog, hitting each other they jumped back and continued fighting until Rallen sent a shock of electricity to the dog paralyzing him. Rallen then turned back into his human form and picked up the dog and sent him back to Kumo to the police station. There Rallen was in his office trying to get paper work done. He then looked up to see Warui Inu staring at him there at that Time Rallen got up and took Warui Inu Home.
NOTE: Rallen is Warui Inu's Greatest Rival

Description: a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. It is a very good technique for combinations with Warui Inu. If the ninja were to throw and the same time Inu attacked then items could truly be hidden in the flames. This bad dog usually finds time to use this while charging at the enemy.

Warui Inu loves this technique and uses it more than any other. Its dangerous nature has served him well before and he will use it continuous if able and allowed. But, if he isn’t allowed it doesn’t bother him.

Warui Inu is very good at this jutsu when he is focused, however his nature usually keeps him for completing it properly.

Description: Do not let the name fool you, this technique is quiet dangerous. When angered Inu will begin to spout flames from his already flame branded areas such as around his neck, claws, tail and portions of his torso. His over all veracity and power during this state is almost double and the addition of fire to his body makes him more volatile and more damaging. This does take a toll on the dog but he is so grumpy he barely notices. Though during this time he is even more obtrusive and belligerent. Though if you are on his side and enemies are before you it probably won’t matter if he lets loose.

His appearance is of that warrior who has survived. He has black fur that is very rich, and branded on his body are flames that have formed in his actual fur. So to compliment his black fur is red patches in the shapes on flames around his neck, paws, tail, back and a few places in between. He is grizzled and mean but he is a survivor. He would have it no other way.

Story: Rallen found Warui Inu when he got a call of a great fire near the Gates of Kumo. He immediately rushed there with a group of officers to see a angry looking dog causing more fire, making the flames for powerful. Rallen stirred closer to the dog. As he moved he noticed the dogs near perk up and he turned around and barked angrily. This scared Rallen alittle. The dog then ran and jumped at Rallen his mouth open attempting to bite Rallen. Rallen then turned into his wolf form and attacked the dog, hitting each other they jumped back and continued fighting until Rallen sent a shock of electricity to the dog paralyzing him. Rallen then turned back into his human form and picked up the dog and sent him back to Kumo to the police station. There Rallen was in his office trying to get paper work done. He then looked up to see Warui Inu staring at him there at that Time Rallen got up and took Warui Inu Home.

Description: a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. It is a very good technique for combinations with Warui Inu. If the ninja were to throw and the same time Inu attacked then items could truly be hidden in the flames. This bad dog usually finds time to use this while charging at the enemy.

This mass will quickly spread along the ground and race towards its target, burning anything in its path. Once started the conflagration will not halt for anyone. Warui Inu loves this technique and uses it more than any other. Its dangerous nature has served him well before and he will use it continuous if able and allowed. But, if he isn’t allowed it doesn’t bother him.

Description: Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire. The range is short however, and a flame is truly needed to work, so it must be time to perfection. Warui Inu is very good at this jutsu when he is focused, however his nature usually keeps him for completing it properly.

Description: Do not let the name fool you, this technique is quiet dangerous. When angered Inu will begin to spout flames from his already flame branded areas such as around his neck, claws, tail and portions of his torso. His over all veracity and power during this state is almost double and the addition of fire to his body makes him more volatile and more damaging. This does take a toll on the dog but he is so grumpy he barely notices. Though during this time he is even more obtrusive and belligerent. Though if you are on his side and enemies are before you it probably won’t matter if he lets loose.
