Ice jutsus:

Name: Ice blade
Element:Ice
Type:Ninjutsu
Effect:He kanta turns into ice blade. He freeze his oppent. it can stay as long as he what to.
Downside: Good amount of chakra

Name:Ice Barrel
Element:Ice
Type:Ninjutsu
Effect: His oppent will be traped in a big block of ice does damge will his oppent is in the block of ice and when his oppent is out is freeze.
Downside:he cant use a jutsu a ice jutsu for 4 posts. but he can use ice blade.
