Kodai walked up to the front of the buliding, then looked at Mizuki "well here it is" Kodai said smiling at her

" it looks nice whos my roomate " she said confused

"No one yet...you have to ask someone to be your room mate" Kodai said looking at her, he walked inside the buliding, then he looked around for Mizuki's room..."208...209...aaahhh here we are...210" Kodai said getting a key and unlocking the door, he opened it and let Mizuki go in

"Wow its nice in here hey Kodai do you want to be my room mate" asking sweetly almost convincen

Kodai looked at her "uuhh...well this is the girls dorm...if one of the teachers caught me in here i'd be expelled" Kodai said looking at her "now if you went and rented a house it would be different' kodai said looking at the houses for sale

"I would rather do that" she said sweetly

"ok" Kodai said "then follow me, but first do you have the money" he asked looking at her, as he walked towards the houses

" Ya I have enough my rich uncle died and left me all of his money so im good" she said kindly

Kodai smiled "ok...but one question...why do you want me to be your room mate" he asked looking at her, still walking towards the houses
