hi everyone i'm new and am wondering why we can't have jounin's, do we level up too that or something?

No, we can't have Jonnins because if we did, everyone would be one. And if only some people could be jonnins, then it wouldn't be fair to others. You understand right? I hope you do, or else private message the main admin Ranka. She'll help more than me.
