It's 23 years later after shippuuden and all of the Naruto characters are grown up. Naruto had been Hokage and has married to Hinata, having three children, one a boy and the other two girls... But it seems one wants to join the Akatsuki... But still hasn't, as most ninjas interact with the persons life, will he still join or not?
It also seems most Countries are on the verge of starting a 3rd Ninja War. It's a thin line all ninjas are walking right now... Who's going to disturb it?

Raikage
Kazekage
and TsuchiKage

Follow the rules for the History and you might (MIGHT) be the leader... I don't know what else Kev wants.... But That should be all.
