EDIT: The Characters that have the -Special Character beside their name are the strongest out of those characters that means they must be approved by 2 admins, and one admin and one approval mod. ALSO For these characters you MUST make a profile for them and a small Rp sample just so we know you can Rp with these High ranked Shinobi.
