Ok this is the first terny of the year, this torny only comes around once year.The Tournament will have only eight people in it, so that means first come first serve.The prize for it will be a siggy saying that you where the first Blue Ribbon Winer.

Rules.
1)no ato-hitting, or goddmoding.

this Tournament will not affect your story line or anything, the rank of ninja/student doesnt mater.

ok before i start the tournament, has everyone made there jutsu, if not then you must only use your normal taijutsu and ninjutsu, and if you are a cannon you dont need your jutsu
